The Holder of each ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and disturbance and activities arising from or related in any way to the event whether occurring prior to, during or after the event.
Each ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime upon refunding the printed purchase price. The ticket may not be duplicated. Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. Holder expressly grants the promoter and its licensees to use holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. No re-admittance. Access to venue by any person other than the original purchaser of a ticket may be denied. Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violations of facilities rules, illegal activity or misconduct. Items not permitted on site: Pets, Alcohol, Glass Bottles & Large Coolers. Smoking is strictly prohibited on site.
